How Much Is Shipping?
We will pay for your shipping cost, so you will enjoy FREE Shipping storewide and worldwide.

What Is the Shipping Time?
Most of our items ship with our Standard shipping. We strive to ship domestic inventory next business day and typical USPS shipping times are from 2 to 7 days. Please allow 2 to 5 weeks for delivery on promotional sale products and/or promotional shipping (Free Shipping) as they are shipped from our international suppliers. Due to our international suppliers are located in different locations, the shipping times may vary. You may read our Shipping & Delivery for details.

What is "PRIORITY Processing - Same Day Order Processing"?
Compared to the normal "FREE Shipping" option, which orders are collected and processed in batches around 2-3 days, the "PRIORITY Processing" option takes the order and process it on the same day, without delaying.

How Do I Place My Order?
Simply choose your option from the dropdown menu on the product page then click the “+Buy Now+” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. You will receive an email confirming your purchase once you complete your payment.

I Received One Item but Not the Other from the Same Purchase?
In order for us to get the items to you as quickly as possible, individual items may ship separately. With the products fulfilled by different international suppliers, when you buy multiple items, you may get one item after the other on different days. If you do not receive all items at once, please be rest assured; the other will be just arriving soon.

How Secure Is My Personal Information?
Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

How Can I Track My Order?
We will send you the tracking number of your order to the email that you filled up when placing your order.
Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you received that email.

How Do I Ask For A Refund?
Read our Refunds Policy for details. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  2. Send message requesting RMA for specific product, include order number and email used in original purchase.
  3. Within 48 hours you will receive a RMA #.
  4. Ship your product to our Return Center:

  5. Once Merchandise has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
